Booking Policy

1. Bookings

Advance booking required: All services must be scheduled in advance.

Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment terms (deposit or full fee,
as applicable) are met.

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
2. Cancellations

Cancellations with notice: Clients may cancel up to 72 hours before their scheduled service without penalty.

Late cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be billed in full.

No-shows: If a client does not attend their scheduled service and has not cancelled, the full fee will be charged.
3. Waitlist

Priority access: When sessions are fully booked, clients may join a waitlist.

Notification: If a slot becomes available, waitlisted clients will be notified in order of request.

Confirmation window: Waitlist offers must be accepted within 48 hours to secure the slot;
otherwise, the next client on the list will be contacted.
4. General Terms

Hannie Consultants cc reserves the right to adjust booking availability based on operational capacity.

All policies are designed to ensure fairness, protect consultant time, and maintain continuity for all clients.
