Booking Policy

1. Bookings

  • Advance booking required: All services must be scheduled in advance.  

  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once payment terms (deposit or full fee,

       as applicable) are met.  

  • Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.  


2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations with notice: Clients may cancel up to 72 hours before their scheduled service  without penalty.

  • Late cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service will be billed in full.

  • No-shows: If a client does not attend their scheduled service and has not cancelled, the full     fee will be charged.


3. Waitlist

  • Priority access: When sessions are fully booked, clients may join a waitlist.  

  • Notification: If a slot becomes available, waitlisted clients will be notified in order of request.  

  • Confirmation window: Waitlist offers must be accepted within 48 hours to secure the slot;

       otherwise, the next client on the list will be contacted.  


4. General Terms

  • Hannie Consultants cc reserves the right to adjust booking availability based on operational capacity.  

  • All policies are designed to ensure fairness, protect consultant time, and maintain continuity  for all clients.
