Intake and consent
The sponsor completes an intake form and each participant completes a short individual form, so every session starts with the full picture.

What Honour™ is not
Not a strategy session, training programme, culture survey,
team-building exercise or values workshop.
It is a diagnostic: the essential first step before any of those can work.

Will your people be honest, and will it be safe for them to be?
Honour™ is designed so that people can tell the truth safely. Each participant responds privately as well as in the sessions, and what is shared with the group and with you is anonymised. Participants complete a consent form first, and data is handled according to POPIA and GDPR. If your team is not ready to engage honestly, please indicate so during the discovery call.
Will you be in the sessions?
Only if the participants agree to it. You remain the leader throughout. Honour™ gives you a clearer picture to lead from, and it does not replace your judgement.
What does it cost, and what is included?
From $441 per participant (9 people) to $705 per participant (5 people), with no add-ons or hidden tiers. That one rate includes the three facilitated sessions, the sponsor report, individual participant reports and the Gifts of Clarity. A 50% deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due on report delivery. Honour™ is not offered for fewer than 5 participants. Prices are in USD, with GBP, EUR and ZAR available.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You decide what happens next. The report gives you a clear picture and recommendations, and you choose which to act on and when. Honour™ does not include training or implementation, but it is the essential first step before any of those can be effective.
What will you see, and what will your team see?
You receive an anonymised organisational report, and each participant receives only their own individual report. The Honour™ Report contains findings and recommendations, with no names attached to any finding. Individual reports are delivered separately and are not shared with you. Nobody is singled out.
What does it ask of your team's time?
About 5-6 hours per participant in total, spread over two weeks, plus a short intake form beforehand. That is three 90-minute online sessions, held on a Tuesday, a Friday and the following Wednesday, and two private reflections of about 15 minutes each. After Sessions 1 and 2, each participant receives an email link to a reflection, due the day before the next session at the latest. Reports follow within 5 business days of the final session.
Will it be uncomfortable?
It can be, at first. Honour™ reveals what is truly present, and that is not always easy to hear. That is also where its value lies. The sessions are structured and facilitated, not open-ended, and the process is paced so that nothing is forced.
What if your team has more than 9 people?
Another Honour™ Diagnostic can be commissioned for a second group. This also surfaces cross-team dynamics that one large session would miss.
