• All original works, such as creative manuscripts, consulting frameworks, visual designs, and digital assets, are the intellectual property of HannieVerse Enterprise™ and Hannie Consultants cc.

• This includes text, graphics, logos, taglines, and proprietary methodologies developed under the HannieVerse brand.

2. Usage Rights

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or adapted without prior written consent from Hannie Consultants cc.

• Limited use is allowed for personal, non-commercial purposes if proper attribution is given to HannieVerse Enterprise™ and Hannie Consultants cc.

3. Client Materials

• Materials created specifically for clients remain the property of Hannie Consultants cc unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use all deliverables, including diagnostic reports and individual participant reports produced under the Honour™ engagement, for their internal and agreed-upon purposes.

4. Third-Party Content

• Any third-party content used within HannieVerse projects (such as licensed images, fonts, or software) remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their licensing terms.

• Hannie Consultants cc complies with these licences and expects clients to do the same.

5. Infringement

• Unauthorised use of HannieVerse Enterprise™ and Hannie Consultants’ intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

• Hannie Consultants cc reserves the right to protect its works through copyright registration, monitoring, and enforcement.
